At JDK & Associates our team focuses on assisting communities and organizations to develop the tools and capacity to protect and safeguard their cultural heritage, lands and knowledge. As guides from the side, our team utilizes a strength-based approach and works with clients to build on existing assets and identify and develop the tools and strategies to further their cultural, political, economic, and social development. All JDK consultants have a broad range of expertise in human resource management, executive coaching, strategic planning, communications, research, organization reviews, policy writing and program evaluation.
